Job Description: Online Marketing Manager:
Main Purpose:
Planning and developing the company internet marketing strategies i.e. email campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, PPC, blogs, link building etc Writing and producing a range of marketing and sales collateral Using multiple internal resources that engage key stakeholders
To develop and raise the company profile both within the industry and with consumers at local, regional and national level. To lead the marketing team to deliver improved communication and develop our brand identity and e-commerce activity.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop new website portal to include content management, SEO and online marketing.
Develop a programme of mail shot campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
Raise the company profile both within the industry and with UK consumers.
Develop and manage an internal and external site communication template.
Develop affiliate marketing channels.
Track PR outputs and development of new channels.
Manage customer data base and drive accurate data collection.
Secure affinity partnerships with key employers and societies and find ways to keep the relationships alive.
Develop communication strategies (including press and radio campaigns).
Develop and monitor communication for new site acquisitions.
Further develop and refine our brand messages.
Develop an annual marketing support calendar for all sites.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all outputs and recommend new ideas.
Skills / Attributes Required:
Proven Online Marketing experience.
Link development skills to enhance link popularity,
Understanding of Google, Froogle, Kelkoo, Joomla etc,
Good knowledge of natural search market & search engines
Strong communication and liaison skills both written and verbal (essential),
Well organized with exceptional attention to detail (essential),
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,
Good literacy and accuracy skills,
You will be responsible for the development of the strategy and design for a portfolio of product in terms of online marketing and campaign activity. Having had at least 2 years’ experience working within International marketing, you will required to build and maintain strong relationships with partners of the business. This role will also involve budget setting, database management, creating social marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and evaluating market activity.
